CROPS - 2008                              

  • Asparagus - Our first crop of the season!  *Asparagus season is now over. 
  • Strawberries -  Strawberries will be available on June.  *Strawberry season is now over.
  • Raspberries - This will be our fourth year picking and the crop looks great!  We have both purple and red varieties. The season begins around July 11th.   *Raspberry season is now over. 
  • Beans - We will have green and yellow beans available in July/August.  *Bean season is now over.
  • Tomatoes - We will be offering heirloom and modern tomato varieties this season.  These will be available in August/September.  Nothing tastes like a field grown tomato!  *Tomato season is now over.
  • Peppers - A terrific mix of hot and sweet peppers will be available in August/September.  Last years hot peppers were fantastic!  *Pepper season is now over.

   

NEW!!  Last year we planted an apple orchard, gooseberries, honeyberries and blackcurrants.  A light harvest of 20 apple varieties will be ready in 2009.  A heavy harvest is anticipated in 2010.  Gooseberries, honeyberries and black currants will be ready in 2009.

  Our garlic is in!  We should have a good supply by 2008!
